We started Sunday by going to breakfast before church with Mandy. It was so great having my mom come to church with us. She's been to CenterPoint a few times, but not since I've been on staff. I think it was good for her to see me there, and see one of the main reasons why we moved to Utah county. The church is nothing fancy, it meets in a high school. But, the message and truth shared, and the body of believers who worship at CenterPoint is unlike any other church body I've ever been apart of. People desperately need Jesus... {everywhere, yes}... But, there is a huge need for Christian ministries and outreaches in Utah county. My mom was really able to see the need while she was out here. She also was able to attend our college group on Sunday night. I'm so glad she could see what we're doing out here, and really see first hand why God has called us here. I think it made leaving a little easier for her... Just a little.
After church, we went to Sundance. Ohhhh Sundance... How I love thee. It was beautiful as always. I absolutely love it up there.

Yes! Go to snowbird! It's a resort in the mountains off the Draper exit! Have fun :)
