Saturday we got to watch our Beavers play! I can't even begin to explain how much I've missed going to Beaver games, I've been craving for some orange and black, and so this game couldn't have came at a better time. Brad and I were all giddy Saturday morning putting on our orange. Let me tell ya, we stood out like a sore thumb, but we were proud. We were literally the only people in our section cheering for the Beavers, so anytime we made a good play or scored, we were the only ones in a sea of black to stand up and scream for our Beavers. My mom didn't get the memo that BYU was having a black out... Oooopsies. At least the back of her sweatshirt said, "BEAVERS." But still. She was in black from head to toe. Oh, mom.
If you didn't catch the game, Oregon State beat the Cougars. I whispered to my mom, "God is on our side." I don't think the BYU fans would have appreciated hearing that very much... but He sure was! Go Beavers!
