Friends, this salad ROCKS. It's super simple, delicious, healthy, and easy to make. It's been my go-to lunch lately.
Here's what you need...
{fresh lettuce, a pear, pistachios, goat cheese, oil & vinegar}
This is the best thing that has happened to me this summer... Well, maybe not the best thing.... But I really really like it.

i love that salad too! i've never put pistachios in it! just almonds or walnuts but pistachios sound YUM

This is a silly question, but where are you plates from? I love them! I looked at target because I saw something close to it, but they didn't have plates :-( just mugs and a few small bowls
