I made this salad for Easter, and then again on Monday for my lunch. It's really, really good. For some reason, I've been loving goat cheese these days. I'm slowly weening myself off of feta, and substituting it for goat cheese. Another deadly combination that I learned from my sister... Goat cheese, pear slices, and pistachios. YUM.
