spring salad



Ingredients

Spinach
Walnuts & Almonds
Strawberries
Goat Cheese
Poppyseed Dressing

Mix all the ingredients together, and you've got yourself an impressive, no fuss salad!
Mmm mmm mmmm. 

I made this salad for Easter, and then again on Monday for my lunch. It's really, really good. For some reason, I've been loving goat cheese these days. I'm slowly weening myself off of feta, and substituting it for goat cheese. Another deadly combination that I learned from my sister... Goat cheese, pear slices, and pistachios. YUM.

  2. this is my favorite salad to make too!! only I add dried cranberries and we do a strawberry vinaigrette dressing :)

  5. oh yummy! I love simple salad combos! And goat cheese is one of my absolute favorites... have you tried honey goat cheese? Forgetaboutit it's so good!

  6. Yum! That looks so fresh and full of colour! I can't usually bring myself to use Strawberries in things - for me they're something to savor and eat as many as possible while they're in season.
