I love painting my nails red for the holidays. Adding a bit of sparkle is always a good thing as well. I am such a fan of red and gold [all of my presents are wrapped in those colors this year! Yes, I've already wrapped some presents. I can't help myself, I'm so excited for the holiday season. Half the fun of presents is looking at them under the tree anyways, right?] Moral of the story, I love having an excuse Christmafy my nails for the holiday season.
1. Pick a solid color [I chose red for the holidays], and a metallic.
{Revlon Red; Gold Coin}
2. Apply one coat of your solid nail polish.
3. Once your nails dry completely, paint a diagnol line with your metallic polish.
4. You have yourself some festive nails for the holidays!
