my beautiful sister is getting MARRIED ! ! !
i'm so thrilled for her !
yesterday , i co-hosted a shower for her with my extremely creative cousin jodi . it was a lingerie shower [ oww oww ! ] it was a lot of fun , and i really enjoyed celebrating her . she is a one of a kind sister , and she is one of those people who makes everyone feel welcomed and appreciated . the turn out for her shower speaks for itself . she loves on others , and others consider her to be a real , genuine friend . i wanted to spoil her , since she is always taking such good care of me . here are a few photos from the shower ... i wish i could set up showers for a career ... too bad i don't think it's a real job .
i'm obsessed with the color palette . all muted : peach , mint , yellow , mint , and gray .
i haven't baked with flour in a long time , and when i was baking for meg's shower , i realized how much easier and less expensive it is versus gluten-free baking ! the cake mix was only .88 cents versus a whopping $4.95 ! sheesh !
